By accessing or using dealtrail.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Who we are
DealTrail is a business sourcing and matching platform and a sister company of Business Advisors of America, a nationwide M&A advisory and business brokerage. Real estate brokerage services are provided through eXp Commercial of California, Inc. (CA DRE #02134436). Matan Michael, CA DRE #02076692.
Submissions are not engagements
Submitting acquisition criteria, a buyer need, or a contact form is an inquiry only. It does not create a brokerage, agency, advisory, fiduciary, or co-brokering relationship, and it does not obligate DealTrail to run a campaign or make an introduction. Any engagement, including buy-side representation, affiliate participation, referral arrangements, and co-listing, exists only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and all fees and splits are set exclusively in those agreements.

You agree to provide accurate information in any submission, to hold an active real estate license in good standing where you represent yourself as a licensed broker, to have authority to act for any buyer whose criteria you submit, and not to submit confidential information beyond what a form requests. By submitting a form you consent to being contacted by DealTrail by email or phone regarding your inquiry.
Intellectual property
This site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and logos, belong to DealTrail or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by scraping or harvesting data, submitting false or misleading information, interfering with the operation of the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party services
The site links to third-party services, including scheduling tools, that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealTrail, Business Advisors of America, eXp Commercial of California, Inc., and their respective members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealTrail and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
